So my daughter is nearly 16 months (wow where did the time go?)
She has one sippy cup of milk (drinks anywhere between 150 and 200ml in this time) in the morning first thing. Then has breakfast
She has either cheese or yoghurt through the day. (I'm talking a big chunk of cheese or around 100g yoghurt)
Then breastfeed before bed (which I am getting tired of and will probably replace with cows milk soon)
Is this enough calcium?
Also the only meat she seems to want to eat is minced beef (sometimes I give minced pork or chicken but she doesn't like it as much) or bacon (she has diced bacon with egg and couscous and other vegies mixed in) is this enough meat? Should I keep trying with other things or just be grateful that she eats meat at all (I am aware that some toddlers won't eat it at all)
